If you are the supervisor within a clinic and ask your staff to complete one or more IVFCPD activities, you can registered with IVFCPD, register as a supervisor by creating a subscription, add your staff to the register and then review their activities for future accreditation or for their annual review, etc.
Currently, if you have a clinic subscription, any staff with the same confirmed email suffix can be part of your CPD group and engage (enroll) in any of the IVFCPD "courses". They can also log their reading material ().
As a supervisor, you can document their CPD activity and their reading material to create reports for accreditation, annual reviews or internal auditing.
However, IVFCPD allows you to control and manage their CPD activity by creating CPD workplaces (Projects) that include specific courses, allocate staff to these courses and then manage their activity to compile reports for various purposes.
You can create projects for new staff than then can be used as a formalized orientation or training program for new staff or potentially for awareness (training) in new technology, etc. For instance, you could allocate an IVFCPD course on a new process to an activity for all clinic staff to ensure they are aware of its current status. There is a lot more functionality could be available here but that is in the future.

Allocate staff to a unit and/or a profession to allow you to target an activity
Create a clinic wide subscription
Create Projects for various staff groups in your clinic e.g. Andrology, Nursing, Embryology,Doctors, etc
Add IVFCPD courses to a project
Allocate a course to a period to create a program of activities
Allocate a course to a profession
Allocate a course to either a required or recommended activity
Allocate specific staff to a project with an email requesting they complete the task.
Then compile a report on either
- unit/laboratory for accreditation purposes to demonstrate educational activity
- a course to check for compliance
- staff member to use for annual review
But IVFCPD clinical is really about using its tools to promote and encourage awareness of professional education.
In the future, you may be able to compile of a list of learning modules to form a structure learning pathway for new or current staff and when complete may be used as part of your competency program.
