References to each page if more than one for the whole module.
A brief summary of your background and current interests and if you wish a photograph.
IVFCPD will translate this into the database format for the learning modules.
Altenatively, if you have just published a paper and you think it may be of interest to other clinic staff, please send a PDF of the reference including the DOI (as it may appear in PubMed). together with a number of key points and a number of True/False questions.
