Comment The IUI survey follows from a recent discussion in Embryomail and from a request from a subscriber. IUI often are overshadowed by IVF but many clinics use it as a pre-IVF treatment option. We have asked for a live birth rate knowing than this will depend on the type of stimulation used, age of the clients, multiple pregnancy rate, etc but it is meant to be a guide only. It started as a survey on sperm preparation but has been expanded to provide a broader summary on methodology.

Comment FertAid has used the 2013 census as the blueprint for this survey but in response to feedback and curiosity expanded some sections. For instance the type of media has been included but only for established products. FertAid acknowledges this is general in nature and not reflective of any product and subject to potential browser bias. Several quality questions have been added plus some on workload and issues. Happy to receive comments and criticism over content. Make the 2015 census better.

About Fertaid IVF Surveys.
You are invited to complete any active survey in two ways. You can complete the questions directly from an open Internet environment which provides you with anonymity but means that the submission cannot be completely relied upon since it cannot be confirmed that you are actively involved in IVF. Alternatively, you may like to register with FertAid and then complete the survey providing an reply with more interiority.
A review process is currently being developed that will allow you to filter the replies into country, profession and selected questions but you do need to be registered to access this function.
FertAid is keen to post other surveys that IVF professionals may wish to ask. While most use faciliteis like SurveyMonkey why not contact Fertaid and use these faciltiies. The advantange is that registered participants can view the results as they are submitted.
